For a long time, Horatio was the quiet type. That all changed when he signed up for a craft chocolate-making course and discovered his true calling. These days, you'll find him happiest in the kitchen — hand-rolling truffles, pouring indulgent Dubai-style chocolate slabs, and wearing a permanent smile along with a generous coating of cocoa.
