Thank you for shopping with The Moon Toys. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

ORDER PROCESSING (HANDLING TIME)

All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer — if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

TRANSIT TIME (DELIVERY ESTIMATE)

Estimated transit time is 14 to 18 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that total delivery time = handling time (3 business days) + transit time (14–18 business days). All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom

If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship to your location at this time.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination before you complete your purchase. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown in your order summary and order confirmation email.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Orders shipped outside the United States (including to Canada and the United Kingdom) may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and/or brokerage charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged at checkout.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely by country — please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering. The Moon Toys is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in your country.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active and update in the carrier's system.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. The Moon Toys is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and local carrier, and then contact us so we can help.

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@tutucagroup.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
